Customized greetings on the chocolate plaque is limited to a maximum of 20 Chinese characters, a maximum of 20 Chinese characters and English letters combined, or a maximum of 35 English letters. Greetings can be separated into 3 rows, punctuation mark and space inclusive. Emoji is not accepted.
No vulgar, abusive or indecent wording for customized greetings will be accepted. Maxim's Cakes reserves all of its rights in relation to word(s) that is(are) false, misleading, vulgar or of vilifying, scandalous, abusive, discriminatory, offensive, hateful, insulting, defamatory, indecent, obscene, fraudulent or threatening nature to any person, corporation, entity, country or state.
Acceptance of payment will not be deemed as acceptance of order by Maxim's Cakes. Maxim's Cakes reserves all rights (including without limitation to rejecting customer’s order) without notice.
Customized greetings on the chocolate plague is made according to customer’s instructions, it does not represent the view or stance of Maxim's Cakes and customer(s) agrees to be held responsible therefor.
If Maxim's Cakes suffers or incurs any loss or liability arising from the customized greetings, customer(s) will be held liable therefor.
